OUR HISTORY


Based in Chicago, Breakthrough was founded on the north side of the city, but now operates programs on the city's west side. These include homeless centers and services for men and women, a street outreach to women in prostitution, and a youth & family outreach program.

Our growing campus is in East Garfield Park, a neighborhood on Chicago's west side.
